Delivery

With our standard delivery service, we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 72 hours of receiving your order. Delivery will follow as soon as possible.

All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available, please make arrangements for someone to sign on your behalf. For larger or heavier items, please ensure there is sufficient access to your property, and the item will fit in your home. If access issues arise, or if items do not fit, an additional charge may apply.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For security reasons, telephone orders can only be delivered to the cardholder’s registered address.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a full refund or exchange for unused goods returned in their original packaging and state within 14 days. For larger items, please contact us to arrange collection.

We will refund the standard delivery charge in most cases. However, if you return part of your order, there is no entitlement to a delivery refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
