Placing an Order

By placing an order with Nepeta England, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

For most online orders, your card will be charged at the time of despatch. Your order will then be sent out with delivery lead times based on your location. Please visit our website for more information on expected delivery times.

For items with longer delivery times, such as special collections or custom orders, your card will be charged when the order is placed, and our team will process the order. If you need assistance with lead times or other queries, feel free to contact us.

Orders

While we strive to keep all items in stock for immediate dispatch, there may be instances where an item is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you within 24 hours with an anticipated delivery time. For multiple item orders, you will have the option to wait and receive all items together or receive them in separate shipments.

If an item is discontinued or unavailable, we will cancel the order and notify you. Please note that completing the checkout process does not guarantee the supply of the ordered goods; we reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund. To cancel, please complete our cancellation form and email it to our customer service team.

Age Restrictions

Certain items, including alcohol, knives, and cutting equipment, may only be purchased by customers 18 years and older. You will be asked to verify your age during the order process, and identification may be required upon delivery.

Product Descriptions and Prices

Nepeta England ensures that product descriptions, colours, and finishes are as accurate as possible. However, for handmade items, slight variations may occur.

We reserve the right to amend prices or descriptions without prior notice.

VAT

UK VAT is included in our prices. If you need a VAT receipt, please contact us.

In-Store Gift Cards

Nepeta England In-Store Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed at our physical store. They cannot be used for online purchases, and promotional discount codes do not apply.

You can use a gift card for full or partial payments in our store. If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by card. If you don’t use the full balance, it can be applied to future purchases.

The minimum amount for activation is £1, and the maximum is £1,000. To check the balance, visit our store. Gift cards can be topped up, up to £1,000.

In-Store Gift Cards expire 24 months after the last transaction. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Gift Cards must not be resold or exchanged for cash.

Online E-Gift Cards

Nepeta England E-Gift Cards can be purchased online and used only at www.nepetaengland.co.uk. They cannot be used in-store, and promotional discount codes do not apply.

You can use an E-Gift Card for full or partial payment. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases, and no refunds will be given for unused balances.

The minimum amount for activation is £30, and the maximum balance is £1,000. You can check your balance online via our website.

E-Gift Cards will expire 24 months after purchase. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.

We reserve the right to reject any order for the following reasons:

• The product is unavailable from stock.

• We cannot obtain payment authorisation.

• There is an error in pricing or product description.

• You do not meet eligibility criteria outlined in our terms and conditions.

We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw any price, product description, or terms and conditions without notice.

You agree to indemnify Nepeta England, its directors, and employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising from any breach of our terms and conditions by you.
