We do not retain any payment details electronically. Transaction data is retained for seven years for HMRC compliance. If your purchases are delivered to your address, we may share your contact information with our delivery partners to ensure successful delivery.

Use and Storage of CCTV Data

If you visit us at Nepeta England, please be aware that our store, car park, and surrounding grounds are monitored by Closed Circuit Television (CCTV).

We use CCTV to protect our staff, stock, property, and buildings, as well as to ensure the safety and welfare of our customers and employees.

Footage is recorded 24 hours a day and securely stored for a maximum of 28 days, after which it is fully deleted unless it is required for criminal or legal investigations.

CCTV data is not shared with any third party, except in the event of a criminal investigation or for insurance purposes.

You may request to view CCTV footage of yourself by writing to us, providing the specific date and time, proof of your identity, and a physical description. A £10 fee applies for this service. Footage will be edited to protect the identities of other individuals.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that may compromise a criminal or insurance investigation.
