Which plants have the 10 Year Guarantee?
Hardy plants, such as shrubs and trees, that can withstand low winter temperatures are covered by our 10-year guarantee. These plants, when given proper care, are expected to thrive for a decade from the date of purchase.
What is excluded from the Guarantee?
The following are not covered under the 10-year guarantee:
Non-hardy, tender plants that are not expected to survive low temperatures in the UK climate.
Annual plants, whose life cycle is typically limited to one year.
Biennial plants, whose life cycle is typically limited to two years.
Plants that have not been properly cared for or have been mistreated.
When does my Guarantee begin?
The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and remains active for 10 years.
